Warranty.
Warranty terms are applicable to all orders placed on or after January 1st, 2024. Orders from before this date will be handled on a case by case basis.
1. Installation Warranty
We offer a two-year limited warranty on the installation of our products. This warranty covers issues directly related to the installation process. It does not apply to problems arising from existing wall or window frame defects or structural issues. Should any issues arise with the installation within this period, they will be addressed at no additional cost. After the two-year warranty period, a service call fee of $150 will apply. Please note that this fee may be increased depending on the scope and complexity of the repair required.
2. Roller Shades Warranty
Our roller shades come with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not extend to any damages or conditions resulting from:
Accidents
Unauthorized alterations
Exposure to environmental elements, which may cause, among other things, fading of shade colors
Misuse or abuse
Inadequate cleaning or maintenance
3. Shade Motors Warranty
Shade motors are covered by a five-year manufacturer warranty. During this five-year period, we will replace any defective motors at no additional cost. However, if a motor issue occurs after the initial two-year installation warranty period, a service call fee of $150 will apply. Please note that this fee may be increased depending on the scope and complexity of the repair required.
4. Product Replacement Policy
In the event that a product needs to be replaced under warranty, we will replace it with the exact same product whenever possible. If the original product is no longer available, we will provide a similar product of comparable quality. While we will make an effort to match the fabric color and tone of the original product being replaced, we cannot guarantee an exact match.

6. Payment of Remaining Balances & Refunds
Please note that any outstanding balances on your order must be fully paid to maintain the validity of your warranty and ensure access to service. Failure to settle remaining balances will result in the warranty being voided, and service requests will not be accommodated.
In the rare instance that a full refund is issued, warranty service will no longer be provided. Additionally, certain partial refunds may void the warranty. Rest assured, we will always notify you at the time of refund whether your installation will remain eligible for future warranty service.
7. Reporting Installation and Product Concerns
All concerns related to installation or product quality must be reported within 30 days of the installation date. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as product defects, roll direction, fabric color or design discrepancies, measurements, or missing components. We are unable to accept or process claims submitted after this 30-day period.
